As Principal IC Design Engineer you will be responsible for the development and production of the drive / sense ICs for multi-axis accelerometers and gyros.

Responsibilities will include:

· Developing IC specifications
· Modeling and simulation
· Interfacing with potential design houses and foundries
· Managing the prototyping and transfer to production of the IC
· Developing testing strategies
· Setting up test electronics and development kits
· Creating data sheets
· Interfacing with customers
· Interfacing with colleagues in Hong Kong and Tokyo

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have:

· BSEE, MSEE (PhD preferred) with 7-15 years of experience in IC design
· Experience in analog / CMOS design
· Experience with modeling, simulation, and layout tools
· Experience with PWM and Sigma/Delta Circuit Design preferred
· Experience managing projects
· Track record in commercialization
· Good writing and communication skills
· Self-motivated
